Reserved a Wii

Today was not like most Fridays, where I sleep to usually 11-12. No, today I woke up at 6, took a shower, ate some Apple Jacks and walked up to the EB in the freezing cold.

I do not claim to be a gamer, I mess around with some first person shooters and think Madden is fun, but the Wii will make gaming fun again. It makes gaming social, and I wanted to be a part of that.

I got to EB at 7:45 and waited behind four people who had been there since 6 AM (EB opens at 10). After watching a couple episodes of The Office on my iPod, we were greeted by the manager at EB who told us that they had 30 systems we could pre-order. The line started filling up after 8:30, there ended up being at least 20 people behind me.

When 10 rolled around I put down 50 bucks for the console and picked up another Wiimote.

So come November 19th be expecting some Wii un-boxing pictures on the flickr as well as a full review, of the Wii, Wii-Sports (included), and Zelda.

You should have taken your camera this morning and taken pictures of the line and the store and stuff. Always take your camera everywhere.

I took some pictures with my phone, but nothing worth posting. My phone has a pretty craft camera on the phone.
